What happens when you choose DPB Plumbing & Heating Engineers for your boiler installation
SITE VISIT
Our surveyor will visit your home at a convenient time to discuss your requirements and answer any questions you may have. They will also give you an outline of the project we'll be undertaking.

A full survey will be completed and we'll advise you on the most appropriate, energy efficient products for your home.
QUOTATION
We will send out your no obligation quotation shortly after your site visit has been conducted. There will be no hidden costs and your quotation will be clearly detailed.

Quotations will be sent via email. However a paper copy is available on request.
INSTALLATION
Our engineers will arrive at your home and introduce themselves. They will then prepare the working area, laying dust sheets and protecting any necessary areas.

They will then begin the installation, completing it to the highest of standards.
COMPLETION
Once the installation is complete, our engineer will clean and tidy the working area.

They will then set up your new boiler to your requirements, and fully explain the operation of your new boiler and controls. Once you're confident in how to use your new boiler and controls, they'll leave you with all the relevant documents and instruction manuals.

At DPB Plumbing & Heating Engineers, we continue to support our customers even after the installation is complete. If you're unsure of anything or have any questions about your new boiler, you can contact us and we'll happily answer any of your questions.
GUARANTEE & SERVICING
Your new boiler is backed with a manufacturers guarantee. To ensure this guarantee remains active, your boiler needs to serviced once a year.
